Job Description Our client is seeking a talented individual to join its marketing team who will support their affiliate marketing strategy and play a significant role in aggressive growth goals. On behalf of this client, an innovative and forward thinking fresh produce leader, we are accepting resumes immediately and considering those individuals capable of combining creative optimization with organizational skills and who are enthusiastic about achieving overall marketing efforts. This is a full-time opportunity (direct hire) offering a competitive salary and benefits, is based in the Salinas Valley, CA, and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:

- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, customers and partners on marketing strategy
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Learn and work with various types of software and platforms for digital marketing
- Work closely with sales and marketing department
- Create marketing collateral and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team
- Prepare, format and edit a range of documents
- Understand company product and brand
- General office duties
- Product sample coordination
- Organize market research
- Tradeshow coordination
- Innovations development
Candidate Requirements You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets, from brand awareness to product promotion. You will be a competent professional with the ability to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. Ideal candidate will have the following skills, abilities and education. A combination of same may be considered:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or have an equivalent of relevant experience.
- Prior work experience in sales and/or marketing with strong administrative skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both
important keys to success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including; competency in Microsoft applications
including; Adobe Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook
