Job Description On behalf of fast paced multi-faceted agricultural company, we are seeking dynamic and capable administrative candidates to be considered for a full-time position in Salinas, CA. Eligible for benefits including health, 401(K), paid vacation & more!

As an administrative assistant, you will provide clerical support to the HR team, however, will report directly to the Manager of Human Resources. You will handle the flow of projects and ensure that all administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This would be a great fit for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who also enjoys the small but important duties such as filing, scanning, and other clerical duties.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:

* Take and relay messages accurately and with finesse
* Provide basic information to callers using own reasonable judgment and initiative
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR Manager
* Prepare various correspondence and documents as requested
* Other administrative/clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
* Assist with scheduling appointments, interviews, meetings, etc.
* Other duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements Successful individual will be able to perform the above responsibilities as well as possess the following skills and experience:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) skill is preferred
* One to two years experience supporting an HR team
* Three to four years work experience as an administrative assistant
* Proficient in MS Suite including advanced skill in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
* Knowledge of FAMOUS software a plus
* Experience working in the agricultural industry highly desirable
* Professional demeanor
* Exceptional customer service to employees, clients, vendors, business associates and visitors
* Strong attention to detail
* Self motivated and intuitive to HR Manager's needs
* Must absolutely be reliable
